Hello, doctor mam . I got married in 2 month ago. We r intimate maximum times but sometimes I m not having protection. In before 4 days my wife s health r not well, so we decided that check the pregnancy with the prega news nd the result is pregnancy report r positive with the two band . But problem is we don t want baby at that time, because my financial condition r not so good nd we don t afford baby now ND also I don t want my wife s study r stopped due to baby. So doctor mam please tell me how we stop the pregnancy now ND also please tell me our problem solution.

In the current scenario, you should see a specialist and get proper clinical confirmation. A trans-vaginal sonogram helps to locate the gestation sac and also to know the age of the pregnancy. If you do not wish to retain the pregnancy, your doctor will induce a medical abortion if conditions are favorable after blood counts and urinalysis. The process takes 2-3 days. Follow up is through a clinical exam and a repeat sonogram to confirm completion of the process, done after two weeks. Hereafter, please use regular contraception to avoid such problems in future.
